Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104390) and the date (10/18/1444 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter from the Food and Drug General Authority No. (25374 / p) and the date (10/17/1444 AH), It includes data from the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), which indicate the control of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the administrative regions (Deux-Sevres, Loire-Atlantique, Vendee, Main-et-Loire, Landes, Pyrenees-Atlantiques, Ain Gers, Morbihan). In the Republic of France and the absence of a new outbreak of the disease in it, and after referring to the recommendations issued by the World Organization for Animal Health contained in Article (10,4) of the Code of Health of Terrestrial Animals, which indicates the possibility of lifting the ban.

We inform you of the issuance of the Commission’s Decision No. (24899 / Q) dated (10/12/1444 AH) to lift the temporary ban imposed on the import of poultry meat and table eggs, their products, and equipment from the administrative regions (Deux-Sevres, Loire-Atlantique, Vendee, Main-et-Loire, Landes, Pyrenees-Atlantiques, Ain Gers, Morbihan) in the Republic of France.
